Missio Nexus will be holding its annual Mission Leaders Conference from September 28-30, 2022 at the Rosen Center in Orlando, Florida.

This year there will be two opportunities at the event specifically for Marketing and Communication staff that work for mission agencies.

• Thursday | September 29 | 10:30am to 11:45am EDT
  Communicator Connect: This is a gathering for mission agency staff working in marketing and communications. You’ll have a chance to learn about what Missio Nexus is doing to support your vital work, and meet and talk together with people who share your interests and skills.
• Thursday | September 29 | 1:45pm to 3:00pm EDT
  How to Tell Dangerous Stories: Psalm 96:3 (NLT) says: “Publish [God’s] glorious deeds among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things he does.” But how do you tell stories of the glorious deeds God does when doing so could jeopardize safety? Many decide not to share these stories or only to tell them to very select audiences. However, that can inadvertently communicate to the Church that God is not doing anything in hard places. More of these stories need to be told to provide the Church with a holistic picture of God’s work. Learn key techniques to help you successfully share sensitive stories without compromising safety.
